Apples Gone Wild does not currently have a conventional store front, however we do have our commercial kitchen located at 2548 Nashville Hwy, Suite B in Columbia, Tennessee (which is on the outskirts of Spring Hill, TN). This is where you can pick up your orders, as well as drop by to see if we have any of your favorite flavors available. The kitchen is directly between State Farm and Edward Jones offices.What are your hours?
Apples Gone Wild does not have a conventional store front, thus we do not offer specific hours. Many of our weekends are spent at local midSouth market shows. But please feel free to drop by, call or text us to see if we are available and have your favorite flavors on hand.Can I order for pick-up?
We happily offer local pickup at our Columbia/Spring Hill location with online orders. At checkout, simply choose “local pickup” instead of shipping. You will receive an email and text (if you provided a correct email and mobile number) once your order is ready for pickup. Generally we are available for pick up Monday - Wednesday 9:00 to 5:00 If you require a special pick up time and day, please call 931-639-2392 to check availability.
ORDERINGDo you offer refunds or replacements?
Opinions and tastes certainly differ. We are very sorry if you receive an apple and were expecting a different taste. Please feel free to give us a call if you are not satisfied with your orer. Although we do not offer refunds, we may replace your apple, depending on the circumstance. If a replacement is given for a shipped apple, the cost of shipment for the replacement apple will be billed again at the customer’s expense.Do you offer gluten free, vegan apples & sugar free apples?
ALLERGIESIf I have a nut-allergy can I eat apples from Apples Gone Wild?
We strive to keep our kitchen and products that do not contain nuts as safe as possible, but our kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen and there is the possibility of cross contamination. We strongly advise our customers with gluten, dairy, nut, peanut, or any food allergy to err on the side of caution.
STORAGEHow Long Will My Apples Last?
Our freshly dipped gourmet apples are good upon receipt for up to 2 - 3 weeks refrigerated, prior to slicing (do not freeze). Our classic caramel and caramel peanut are best kept in a cool temperature and good up to 1 week upon receipt, prior to slicing. You may choose to set your apple out at room temperature 1 hour before slicing and enjoying.Serving suggestions:
We suggest using a sharp non-serrated knife and slicing from the top down in a tic-tac-toe formation with the stick as the middle square. We don't recommend you eat the whole apple directly off the stick because you may lose some of the goodies. And be careful, the apple stick could break. The apple will start to turn brown once sliced. We recommend you keep the apple in a sealed bag refrigerated for no more than 2-3 days.
SHIPPINGHow do you ship apples and what days do you ship?
Our apples are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival and arrive ready to slice and enjoy! Once shipped, most orders will arrive within one to two days, but remote locations may take up to as many as four or more days. Be sure to include your email with your online order to receive tracking information so that you can promptly place your caramel apples in a cool location. We dip and ship Monday & Tuesday to avoid long weekends at the post office. However, if your order is delayed, the caramel apples are not immediately perishable and may be completely fine after an hour in your refrigerator. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at 931-639-2392, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.Do you ship outside the US?
We currently do not ship outside the US.Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Please be sure to have a correct physical address. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries for online shipping orders.Do you ship to apartments?
Yes; although, we do not require a signature for any packages, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, packages left at doorsteps or with building attendants. Once the delivery is confirmed by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package.Do you require a signature for shipped apples?
We do not require a signature, but due to the sensitive nature of the product, we recommend someone be present to receive the package. We email tracking information once an order is placed so that you can follow your apple’s journey.
